University of Nevada, Reno students can pay for their membership on ePaws or at the Cashier's Office located in the Student Services Building for $65.00 per semester or $65.00 per summer session. Once paid for, just bring your paid receipt and student I.D. to Lombardi to have your membership activated. Refunds are available until the fourth week of the semester. Day passes are also available for $5 per day.
Lombardi membership is reserved for NSHE (Nevada System of Higher Education) students, faculty and staff, their immediate family members and invited guests. Students registered for 7 or more units at any other NSHE institution shall be entitled to use the facilities upon providing proof of registration and payment of a $75.00 fee per semester or entire summer session. Employees of NSHE shall be entitled to use the facility upon payment of the faculty/staff fee. Faculty may purchase for $230.00 per year (only available at the beginning of Fall semester), $85.00 per semester, and/or $85.00 per summer session. Classified Staff may purchase a pass for 200.00 per year (only available at the beginning of Fall Semester), $75.00 per semester, and/or $75.00 per summer session. Emeritus faculty and retired NSHE employees may purchase passes at the regular faculty and/or staff rate.
For safety reasons, no one under the age of 18 is permitted to purchase a Lombardi membership or guest pass except for the following:
- Regularly enrolled NSHE students
- Participants in supervised University of Nevada, Reno, youth programs
- Participants in pre-approved youth sponsored events
- Current Lombardi members for may only purchase family memberships for domestic partners/spouses and dependent family members 18 to 25 years of age.
- All family memberships must be purchased at the Lombardi main desk by the primary pass holder and the pass recipient must be present and provide proof of age.
- Family members under 18 years of age may only access Lombardi on Fridays after 4:00pm and on Saturdays and Sundays all day. Direct adult supervision is required.
- During family hours, immediate family members 5 and under are free; 6 and up must purchase a $5 guest pass for each person.
