Registration

Register for all trips on the first floor of the Lombardi Building at the Front Desk. Registration times are Monday through Friday 6:00am to 11:00pm. Trips are open on a first-come, first-served basis. Numbers are generally limited to 8 to 12 participants due to environmental concerns. Trip minimum numbers may vary from trip to trip, but as a general rule it will take 8 to make a trip go. These trips are primarily for students; however, for a small additional fee faculty and staff may sign up. 100% of the trip fee is due at the time of registration. Most trips require attendance at a scheduled mandatory Pre-Trip Safety meeting. Refunds will be given only if your cancellation occurs two weeks prior to the pre-trip meeting. Detailed trip information will be provided upontrip registration.

Ethics

While our trips are informal it is necessary to show respect for your fellow adventurers, yourself, equipment, staff, and most importantly, the environment. Never forget we are the guests.

Trip Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a trip and issue credit or refund, if enrollment is insufficient, if weather or other conditions preclude holding the course, or if participants fail to meet course prerequisites.
