The University of Nevada, Reno, Rental Shop is open to the students, faculty and staff of the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE). Anyone wishing to rent equipment must present a valid university I.D. All equipment rentals require a check or credit card deposit of 50% of the replacement cost of the equipment. Daily rates are for a 24-hour period. Three-day holiday weekends are charged at the standard weekend rate.
Rental Hours
Weekdays: 6am - 10:30pm
Weekends: 12- 5:30pm
Please allow at least 15 minutes for equipment inspection when returning equipment.
Your Responsibility
We stock the best equipment available and we are always trying to increase what we have to offer. We ask that you treat the equipment with respect and return it in the same condition that it was in when you picked it up (or better!). You will be charged for any damaged, dirty, wet, lost, or stolen equipment.
